Common reasons for using a PayDay Advance include emergency car or home repairs, unforeseen medical expenses, bank deposits to avoid ridiculous overdraft fees, utility bill payments, to avoid bounce check charges and dignified short term cash as an alternative to borrowing from friends or family members, among other reasons.

If I change my mind after taking a PayDay Advance, will I get a refund?

You will get a refund. As a proud member of FiSCA, we adhere to the guidelines established for Best Practices. Check 2 Cash will refund all charges within 24 hours of the transaction if you are unhappy with the service. There will be no service charges.

How often should a PayDay Advance Service be utilized?

It should be used as an emergency service only. We strongly urge you not to use the service frequently. If you find yourself using the service too often, financial counseling may be needed.

How much instant cash do I receive from a PayDay Advance? How is that determined?

Presently, the California Law limits the amount we can offer you to $255.00.

How are the fees established?

The fees are established in compliance with the California Law, and generally, we receive a good value from our service providers.

Do you check my credit?

For most of our services, we do not obtain credit reports from our customers; however, Check 2 Cash does check payment track records to other businesses by using risk management bureaus.

Can I renew or rollover my PayDay Advance by just paying the fee on my due date?

No, the California Law does not permit this. It requires that only one PayDay Advance can be outstanding at any given time.

What if I cannot repay the Advance on my due date?

Hopefully, this will not happen. Check 2 Cash pursues past due accounts as most businesses would. We make all collection efforts and hand the case over to Collections if necessary. A Refund Check Charge of $15.00 may be added to the principal check when the check is returned unpaid.

If my account becomes past due, will I face any charges? Criminal charges?

No. According to FiSCA Guidelines, we do not prosecute criminally; however, if necessary, Check 2 Cash may pursue the case in a Civil Court.

What do I need for a PayDay Advance?

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be employed
  • Must have a Checking Account in good standing
  • Must have Identification (State Issued I.D., Driver's License, Passport, etc.)
  • Must have your most recent Pay Stub
  • Must be within 15 days of next expected pay check

Other items to make your transaction smoother and quicker:

  • Most Recent Bank Statement
  • Utility Bill
  • ATM Visa Check Card

We urge you not to use payroll advances on a regular basis, as they are meant for emergency cash only, and not a permanent solution.
